Our app only works with the help of software and game developers. The more games that support free movement in VR the better experience our app can provide for your product. Vorpx is a decent workaround, but there is no replacement for the experience native VR support provides. Contact us for different ways your software can support PocketStrafe. Here's how we send input:

  • KeyUp/KeyDown events via user32.dll SendInput(). Allows only coupled locomotion.
  • Virtual joystick via the vJoy driver. Allows coupled and decoupled locomotion.
  • Virtual Xbox 360 controller via ScpVBus. Allows coupled and decoupled locomotion. Generally indistinguishable from a physical controller.
